Is it safe to order?

Where are you located?
We’re located in NYC, at the bleeding edge of art, culture, and fashion. We take pride in representing America’s cultural Mecca and want to bring that experience to you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, etc.). You can also choose to pay with Paypal, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, and Amazon Payments at checkout.
Why was my payment declined?
Recheck all the card information you entered at checkout, including the cardholder’s name, expiration date, card number, and security code, to make sure it matches the information on your card. Make sure to enter the correct billing information as well. Finally, check with your bank to see if your card has a hold on it. You may also have reached the card limit, or have insufficient funds, and therefore will be unable to complete the purchase. If none of these are the case, please contact us at support@nycbling.com and provide as much detail as possible so that we can assist you in finding the problem.
How long does it take to ship my order?

How can I track my order?
When you make a purchase at NYC Bling, we will email you a tracking code with confirmation of your purchase. You can use this code to track your delivery. Refer to our Shipping and Processing page for more information.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship domestically to all 50 states. At this time we do not offer international shipping. Refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, as long as you provide the accurate billing information, we can ship to any address, provided it is within the US and has been verified by our shipping department.
What shipping companies do you use?
We ship all orders through USPS, who provides a tracking code for each shipment. Check your email inbox for this tracking code. Refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information.
I didn’t receive my order?
If you receive confirmation of your delivery but you cannot locate your package, make sure to search the area around your building and check with your neighbors or other members of your household. Contact the carrier and verify that the mailman left the package. NYC Bling is not liable for packages that are stolen or lost by the shipping carrier. In the event a shipping carrier loses your package, contact us at support@nycbling.com and we will open a claim with the carrier. Depending on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to refund your purchase.
Can I return my order?

Does NYC Bling offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on all NYC Bling products. Please see our Returns and Warranty page for more information about the warranty.
What’s different about NYC Bling jewelry?
Unlike our competitors who use brass as their base metal, all NYC Bling Jewelry is made from solid gold or .925 sterling silver and finished in white gold, rose gold or yellow gold. We test for quality and durability before, during, and after production.
Can I order custom jewelry from NYC Bling?
We currently do not have a website form where you can submit custom jewelry requests, but we’ll be happy to work with you via email. Please contact support@nycbling.com with your custom jewelry request and we’ll see what we can do.
The item I want to order is not in stock?
If you see an item you like and it’s not in stock on the website, please allow up to 2 – 3 weeks for the item to be restocked and show up in the inventory. If the item is still showing up as out of stock after that timeframe, please contact support@nycbling.com and we’ll see if we can help you find the product that you want.
How do I get discount codes?
Subscribers to our email newsletter get exclusive access to deals, coupons, and promotions delivered right to their email inbox. You can sign up for our newsletter here. If you’ve purchased a product with NYC Bling in the past, you may already be signed up for our newsletter. Please check your inbox for any emails from NYC Bling.
How do I use the discount code?
To use your discount code, find the qualifying product and add it to your card. Once you have the product in your card, click “View Cart.” When you’re ready to check out, you can scroll down toward the Payment section and enter your code in the box labelled “Coupon Code.”
Is the jewelry 100% solid gold?
Yes, we offer a line of jewelry made from 100% solid gold. Each solid gold piece is handcrafted for perfection.
We also offer jewelry made from of .925 silver as well. Each .925 silver piece is finished in yellow, rose or white gold which gives it an impeccable authentic gold finish.
Most gold jewelry on the market is made from a base metal, such as brass, and finished with gold-plating. At NYC Bling, we only use solid gold or .925 sterling silver as our base metal, which is much higher quality than brass. We inspect each finished product for quality and durability. Each product page mentions the materials used to make the jewelry and each product is labeled and stamped with either 14k or .925 to ensure authenticity.
What is Cubic Zirconia?
Cubic Zirconia (CZ) diamonds are the highest quality imitation diamonds on the market. They are comparable in quality and presentation to VVS (very very special) diamonds, making them an affordable alternative that doesn’t sacrifice on quality or durability. These diamonds are manufactured using a special process and have many of the same characteristics as real diamonds.
Does NYC Bling use CZ diamonds?
Yes, we use high-quality CZ diamonds in our jewelry. Every NYC Bling product page features a detailed description of the product’s craftsmanship and materials. We only use the highest standard of materials, including our hand-chosen CZ diamonds, to ensure the product maintains the same level of quality and durability throughout its lifetime. We label each material clearly in the product page.
How should I care for my NYC Bling jewelry?
All NYC Bling jewelry deserves to be handled with the utmost care. Avoid wearing your jewelry while bathing, swimming, exercising, or during sporting events as doing so might damage the jewelry. Jewelry should always be kept in a dry environment. When not being worn, store your NYC Bling in a dry environment.
Never expose your NYC Bling jewelry to harsh chemical solvents and detergents, and avoid close contact with chemical perfumes and cosmetics. If you need to clean your jewelry, use a soft microfiber cloth. For extremely dirty jewelry, rinse gently under warm running water and dry completely with a soft cloth.
Try to keep your jewelry out of extreme temperatures (over 140 °F/60 °C and under 32 °F/0 °C).
Will NYC Bling jewelry turn my skin green?
No, our jewelry will never turn your skin green. Our products are made from high-quality materials by expert craftsmen, with all materials used labeled clearly in the product description.
